Discussion on Routine Maintenance and Servicing of Construction Machinery and Equipment

The importance of machinery and equipment in engineering construction is self-evident. In particular, in recent years, as the scale of engineering construction has continued to expand, the degree of mechanization of projects has grown, and the variety of machinery and equipment used has become more diverse and technologically advanced. Therefore, in order to ensure the safe and effective execution of projects, it is necessary to strengthen the routine maintenance and servicing of construction machinery and equipment. Based on this background, this paper begins with the necessity of strengthening the maintenance and servicing of construction machinery and equipment, and then presents several preliminary views on strengthening the management of construction machinery and equipment from the two aspects of maintenance and servicing respectively. The aim is to exchange professional views with peers so as to continuously improve the performance of construction machinery and equipment, lay a solid foundation for the safe and efficient operation of projects, and ultimately ensure the effective improvement of project quality.
