Lean Production Management in Construction Machinery Enterprises

As modernization continues to accelerate, construction machinery is inextricably linked to people's daily life and production, and construction machinery enterprises have consequently attracted widespread attention in their operations and management. The production and manufacturing management level of engineering manufacturing enterprises is an important criterion for assessing whether construction machinery achieves excellent manufacturing quality. In recent years, lean production management has developed considerably and has been widely applied in construction machinery manufacturing. This paper analyzes the problems existing in China's construction machinery manufacturing enterprises and explores how to implement lean production management in construction machinery production enterprises.
