Discussion on Common Technical Problems in Construction Machinery Maintenance
Mechanical equipment is one of the key factors ensuring the construction quality of engineering projects, and whether mechanical equipment management is properly in place is largely determined by the quality of machinery maintenance work, which directly affects the engineering economic benefits and construction quality of the entire project. Based on this, the author, drawing on years of work experience and combining the use, management, and maintenance of mechanical equipment during engineering project construction as well as the current state of construction machinery development, analyzes the problems existing in the current construction machinery use and management process, especially in the maintenance stage, and also explores how to improve the maintenance quality of construction equipment so as to unleash the maximum service potential of the equipment, and proposes relevant measures for mechanical equipment management in project construction, so as to reduce failure rates, extend equipment service life, and improve mechanical equipment management in engineering project construction.
