On July 11, the directly-affiliated engineering command headquarters just established by Qiancheng Pile Engineering welcomed a strong start: following its undertaking in October 2022 of the multi-directional cement mixing pile works for Section CMSG-3 of the Chaohu-Ma'anshan Intercity Railway built by China Railway No. 4 Engineering Group, the company has once again undertaken the multi-directional cement-soil curing agent mixing pile project for Section 5 of the Chaohu-Ma'anshan Railway built by China Railway Shanghai Engineering Group, with a commencement ceremony held on site.

The Chaohu-Ma'anshan Intercity Railway connects Hefei (Chaohu) and Ma'anshan. It is an important component of the Shanghai-Wuhan-Chengdu railway transport corridor, one of the main corridors of the national "Eight Vertical and Eight Horizontal" high-speed railway network. It is a direct link between Ma'anshan and the provincial capital Hefei, and a new high-speed rail route from Anhui to Shanghai and other Yangtze River Delta cities. It is of great significance for further improving the regional high-speed railway network layout and promoting the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta and the Yangtze River Economic Belt development strategy.

Section CMSG-5 of the Chaohu-Ma'anshan Intercity Railway is located within Hanshan County, He County and Zhengpugang New Area, with a main line length of 22 kilometers. The main construction tasks include subgrade, bridge and station works. Qiancheng Pile Engineering's construction site is located in Zhengpugang, undertaking more than 150,000 meters of multi-directional cement-soil mixing piles for the project, with an estimated construction period of 5 months. Based on the good construction results achieved in the multi-directional cement mixing pile works of Section CMSG-3 and the good pile-forming results and application feedback obtained during the preliminary test piling of this project, the construction will not only apply Qiancheng Pile Engineering's patented multi-directional cement mixing pile technology, but also adopt the fully automatic intelligent back-end slurry preparation system independently developed by Qiancheng Pile Engineering and the patented product specially designed for marine silt curing agent, which won the second prize of the Hubei Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award. This is another successful application of these two patented products on the Chaohu-Ma'anshan Railway.

After more than a month of meticulous preparation, the official commencement of the project has greatly boosted team morale and created a good start for smooth subsequent construction and completion on schedule.
