In order to implement the "Wuxi City Three-Year Action Plan for Accelerating Intelligent Transformation and Digital Upgrade, Green Enhancement, and Promoting Cost, Consumption, and Carbon Reduction in the Manufacturing Industry (2022-2024)", and to accelerate the intelligent transformation and digital upgrade of manufacturing enterprises, the Wuxi Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, through procedures including online announcement, unit application, acceptance and review by municipal (county) and district authorities, formal examination, and expert review, has identified a batch of proposed municipal-level intelligent manufacturing benchmarks.

Xitan Technology was recognized as a "2023 Wuxi Municipal Intelligent Manufacturing Benchmark Enterprise (Intelligent Workshop and Intelligent Scenario)", which is another milestone for Xitan Technology following its listing as a municipal-level demonstration "Red Workshop" in 2022.

Since the preparation and construction of its intelligent workshop, Xitan Technology has increased investment in intelligent construction, introduced platform systems such as MES and ERP to carry out digital management of the workshop, adopted high-precision CNC lathes to build intelligent production lines, and achieved equipment status monitoring, equipment maintenance monitoring, and production progress monitoring through integrated data collection of key equipment, forming an intelligent manufacturing workshop centered on automated production and informatized management.
