Recently, the first shield machine for Hangzhou Metro Line 7 successfully launched. With a total length of nearly 5 kilometers and an excavation diameter of φ6430mm, it is the first shield machine since the establishment of the Hangzhou project department.


Since the beginning of assembly, the shield machine has strictly followed the acceptance standards of the group company, pursuing standardization in both function and detail, and ensuring the production and assembly of the shield machine with a craftsman's spirit. During the acceptance process, the owner assessed the quality of the machine item by item according to the acceptance outline. After 4 hours of on-site acceptance and meeting discussions, a total of 32 systems and more than 300 inspection items all met the acceptance standards, and the acceptance work was successfully completed.
