Recently, Guizhou Province issued a pre-announcement for the PPP project of the Wudang (Yangchang) to Changshun Expressway, inviting social capital to participate in project construction.
　　The Wudang (Yangchang) to Changshun Expressway project starts on the northeast side of Yangchang in Wudang District, Guiyang City, connecting with the already-built Guiyang–Weng'an Expressway, forming a cross intersection with the under-construction Guizun Double Line, and ends on the northeast side of Changshun County Seat in Qiannan Prefecture, connecting with the Gui'an Branch of the Duyun–Anshun Expressway and forming a cross intersection with the already-built Hua'an Expressway. The total length is 126.990 km, including 13.580 km in Wudang District of Guiyang City, 38.232 km in Xiuwen County, 35.000 km in Qingzhen City, 34.733 km in Pingba District of Anshun City, and 5.445 km in Changshun County of Qiannan Prefecture. It is a two-way six-lane expressway with a design speed of 100 km/h and a subgrade width of 33.5 m.
　　The entire line has 89 bridges totaling 43,876 m, including 3 extra-large bridges totaling 4,091 m and 86 large bridges totaling 34,695 m; bridges account for 30.54% of the total route length. The entire line has 16 tunnels totaling 9,975 m, including 1 extra-long tunnel of 3,640 m, 1 long tunnel of 1,060 m, 4 medium tunnels totaling 2,630 m, and 10 short tunnels totaling 2,645 m; tunnels account for 7.85% of the total route length. The entire line has 15 interchange grade-separated intersections. Traffic engineering and roadside facilities along the entire line adopt Class A. The estimated total investment of the project is approximately 21.8 billion yuan.
　　The reporter learned from the Guiyang Municipal Transportation Commission that the Wudang District (Yangchang) to Changshun Expressway in Guiyang City is expected to start construction this year, with a construction period of 3 years.
