Recently, China's first TRD-D method trench-cutting mixer with fully independent intellectual property rights was successfully developed by Shanghai Engineering Machinery Factory Co., Ltd. At present, the trench-cutting mixer has completed a horizontal cutting load engineering test at a depth of 61 meters underground, fully meeting the expected performance indicators, and has been put into construction on the Shanghai Financial Center project, demonstrating ideal technical performance and advantages.

     According to senior executives of Shanghai Engineering Machinery Factory, the TRD-D method machine is a new-generation product independently developed by the company with fully independent intellectual property rights. It has obtained a total of 3 utility model patents authorized by the state, and 1 invention patent has entered the substantive examination stage. Its main technical performance indicators have reached the advanced level of similar international products.

     Compared with similar foreign products, the TRD-D method trench-cutting mixer has the following features: powerful hard pavement cutting capability, able to meet the construction needs of ultra-deep underground diaphragm walls under different working conditions and different geological conditions; low noise, with little impact on the surrounding environment, meeting the requirements of urban low-carbon environmental protection; reliable and precise guiding devices and inclinometers, ensuring high vertical accuracy of underground walls; the use of equal-strength design methods, which is more conducive to improving the safety and stability of the entire set of construction equipment; and the use of PLC and other intelligent control technologies, making the operating system simple, clear, convenient, and reliable, and facilitating construction management.
