Gaochun District of Nanjing Helps Standardize Management of Small-Scale Engineering Projects
Recently, the Audit Bureau of Gaochun District organized a special training session on internal auditing. Using case studies to explain the law, the training focused on the standardized procedures and practical operations of bidding, contract management, and settlement review for small-scale engineering projects, strengthened risk awareness, and emphasized the importance of policy implementation, contract performance, and cost control. The aim was to further enhance the professionalism and effectiveness of internal audit supervision by various departments, towns and subdistricts, and villages (communities) in small-scale engineering project construction, and to help standardize the management of small-scale engineering projects through high-quality internal audit supervision.
