Binzhou City Improves the Intelligent Level of Bidding and Tendering Work
In recent years, with the rapid economic and social development of Binzhou City, engineering construction projects have been increasing, and bidding and tendering activities have consequently become more frequent. However, in this process, acts that disrupt market order and harm fair competition have occasionally occurred, seriously affecting the quality and efficiency of engineering construction. To this end, the Binzhou Municipal Development and Reform Commission, together with multiple departments, jointly issued the "Binzhou City Work Plan for Continuing the Special Governance of Prominent Problems in the Field of Engineering Construction Bidding and Tendering (2024-2025)." The plan aims to create a fair, just, standardized, and efficient bidding and tendering market environment through systematic governance and the establishment of long-term mechanisms.
