Research and Analysis of Vehicle-Mounted Pile Driver for Flood Control and Emergency Rescue
Pile driving is an indispensable task in flood control, emergency rescue, and levee construction. Existing pile driving machinery is mainly diesel and vibratory pile drivers, which are noisy, inefficient, and limited in function. Aiming at the harsh conditions of the Yellow River levee projects, which consist mainly of earth dams and where dangerous situations develop rapidly, this project designs a new type of vehicle-mounted pile driver for flood control and emergency rescue on the basis of absorbing the advantages of similar products at home and abroad. The machine consists of a hydraulic control system, a supporting slewing mechanism, a main arm, and a guide template. Using a general-purpose small four-wheeled vehicle as the carrier and the motor vehicle engine as the power source, the pile driving speed can reach 1-5 m/min, with a maximum pile depth of 1.5 m. The pile driver integrates pile standing, pile driving, pile release, and pile extraction into one unit, featuring a high degree of automation, safety and efficiency, mobility and flexibility, and convenience and practicality.
