A Brief Discussion on the Maintenance and Repair of Construction Machinery

With the increasing development of construction machinery and equipment, the maintenance and repair of construction machinery has become increasingly important. Maintenance and repair of construction machinery can continuously improve and enhance the level of equipment maintenance, extend the service life of machinery, and reduce engineering costs, and therefore has attracted great attention. This paper mainly analyzes and discusses the meaning of construction machinery maintenance and repair, maintenance methods, key maintenance points, and how to carry out construction machinery maintenance and repair work well, in the hope of providing some valuable references so as to do a good job in maintenance and repair work and improve enterprise economic benefits.

Research on Simulation Analysis and Application of Construction Machinery Based on Virtual Prototyping Technology

In recent years, virtual prototyping technology in the mechanical field has developed rapidly and will gradually replace traditional mechanical design, testing, and research methods with strong momentum. This paper first briefly describes virtual prototyping technology and a virtual simulation software, then focuses on the optimization design of construction machinery using this simulation software, as well as specific applications in the design of some mechanical products. Among these, real examples are used to illustrate the specific methods, with the hope of providing valuable reference and guidance for the research and design of construction machinery based on virtual prototyping technology.
