Research on Remote Monitoring System for Construction Machinery Based on Big Data

With the arrival of the information age, massive amounts of data have emerged in every field. To effectively address big data challenges in construction machinery operations and achieve efficient information delivery, this paper proposes a GPS-based remote intelligent monitoring system for construction machinery. By leveraging GIS, GPS, GPRS and other related technologies, the system constructs an open platform for the supervision of construction machinery and equipment. This platform greatly improves the management level of construction machinery and optimizes the organization of mechanized construction. At the same time, it provides the construction machinery industry with value-added information services such as equipment anti-theft and anti-robbery protection and remote monitoring of equipment by owners, enabling remote monitoring and management of construction machinery. A Brief Discussion on the Management and Control of Construction Machinery Costs

During the construction of a certain project by our unit, the project cost was 440 million yuan, and a total of 9 million yuan in machinery and equipment rental fees was incurred, accounting for 2.045% of the total project output value. Because this project had a tight schedule and involved many rented pieces of equipment, management loopholes could arise and cause machinery to sit idle. In order to use machinery and equipment reasonably in future project construction, make construction more convenient, and reduce the economic costs of the entire project, strengthening the management of construction machinery costs can reduce construction costs and improve economic benefits. This paper explores the management and control of construction machinery costs from four aspects: cost control of construction machinery and equipment, several models for controlling machinery costs, factors affecting cost control in construction machinery operations, and measures to strengthen the management of machinery procurement and rental costs.

With the development of global economic integration, enterprises with core competitiveness have become the main force driving economic development today. As the market economy becomes increasingly complex, enterprises will face a series of financial problems. By adopting scientific forecasting and taking preventive measures with foresight, enterprises can incorporate potential financial risks into their daily management, enabling them to possess a certain capacity to bear and mitigate risks, and reducing possible economic losses or financial crises.
