Recently, the Changsha Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau announced the proposed list of 2026 Changsha Skilled Talent Training Base construction projects. Following procedures including application, review, on-site inspection, comprehensive evaluation, approval by the Municipal Party Committee Talent Office, and public announcement, Sunward Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. was successfully selected and designated as an approved unit for the Changsha Skilled Talent Training Base construction project.

The Changsha Skilled Talent Training Base construction project focuses on key areas such as management mechanisms, curriculum design, instructor development, practical training (equipment) facilities, and competency evaluation, with a construction period of two years. This successful approval marks another important breakthrough for Sunward in building skilled talent development platforms, following its recognition as a Changsha Enterprise Employee Training Center, a Changsha Skilled Service Base for Improving Employees' Quality of Life, and a Hunan Province "Huxiang Craftsman" Cultivation and Competition Base.

Sunward's Enterprise Employee Training Center has independent training premises, covering a theory teaching area and a skills practical training area. The theory teaching area is equipped with multimedia TVs, projectors, audio amplifiers, online conference systems, and other facilities, and can accommodate more than 300 people for teaching at the same time; the skills practical training area supports practical training in six major trades including welding, fitting, and turning, and is also equipped with intelligent teaching facilities. As early as 2020, the company built an online learning platform, creating a comprehensive training system that integrates online and offline learning.

To date, Sunward has cumulatively trained more than 800 highly skilled talents and undertaken more than 10,000 person-times of various skills practical training. Each year, it innovatively holds labor and skills competitions covering its four major systems: manufacturing, technology, marketing, and management. In addition, it has repeatedly achieved excellent results in provincial, municipal, and district-level labor and skills competitions, fully demonstrating the solid foundation of Sunward's skilled talent cultivation. In 2026, guided by the philosophy of "Craftsmanship Forging the Chain, Collaboration Creating Efficiency," the company hosted the first "Sunward Cup" Welding Skills Competition, which, while empowering the growth of its own employees, also reached out to and brought together 13 supporting enterprises upstream and downstream of the industrial chain and 70 contestants to compete on the same stage, promoting the collaborative development of the industrial chain.
