At 10 a.m. on August 28, accompanied by the roar of large drilling rigs, foundation pile construction for the China Huadian Office Base Project (Phase I) officially commenced. With the first hole completed and the bearing stratum confirmed, the first foundation pile was precisely implanted into the designated bearing stratum, marking the project's entry into a new stage.

The China Huadian Office Base Project (Phase I) is located in Plot XACR-2024-012 of the headquarters area of the startup zone in Xiong'an New Area, with a total construction area of 248,500 square meters. Its main construction content includes office buildings, a conference complex, and a multi-functional complex. As a key project for a central state-owned enterprise settling in the headquarters area of the Xiong'an New Area startup zone, the project will simultaneously build multiple underground connecting passages to link with rail transit hubs. Once completed, the project will further improve the layout of the headquarters economy in Xiong'an New Area, facilitate the relocation and settlement of central state-owned enterprises, drive the clustering of industries and talent, and play an important supporting role in shaping the urban functions of the headquarters area.

Foundation piles for large office complexes are characterized by large quantities, multiple types, and a high proportion of super-long and super-large-diameter piles. Construction faces technical challenges such as high precision requirements for verticality control and complex construction through confined aquifer layers. This project adopts stiffened composite piles, with pile foundation depth and construction difficulty ranking among the highest in the Xiong'an region.
