Recently, as the last batch of concrete was poured into the bore of pile foundation 25-3# of the Shuxi Bridge in Section TJ06 (Jinhua Section) of the Yiwu-Longquan segment undertaken by the Fourth Company of CCCC First Highway Engineering Co., Ltd., the first pile foundation of the Shuxi Bridge was successfully poured and completed, marking that the bridge has officially entered the stage of physical engineering construction.

According to reports, the Shuxi Bridge has a total length of 888.2 meters and a total of 198 pile foundations. The first pile foundation poured this time adopted the bored cast-in-place pile hole-forming process, with a designed pile diameter of 1.5 meters, a pile length of 13 meters, and a concrete consumption of about 23 cubic meters. To ensure the smooth construction of the first pile foundation, the command headquarters organized and deployed meticulously; the construction unit formulated a detailed special construction plan, clarifying requirements for site layout, machinery selection, construction technology, raw material control, quality and safety management, etc.; before construction, safety, quality, technical, and environmental protection briefings were conducted for all operating personnel; during construction, the project team strictly controlled key processes such as drilling depth, borehole verticality, hole cleaning quality, rebar cage positioning, and concrete slump, ensuring the high-quality and efficient completion of the first pile foundation and providing referable practical experience and technical parameters for the subsequent pile foundation construction of the Shuxi Bridge.

The successful completion of the first pile foundation of the Shuxi Bridge has injected strong momentum into the project.
