The first pile foundation drilled this time is located in the gasification unit area, the core facility of the project, and adopts the rotary bored cast-in-place pile process. The Shanghai Nenggong project team completed the preparation of the construction plan, the submission and approval of personnel, machinery and materials, and the deployment of safe and civilized construction in advance, making thorough preparations for the drilling of the first pile. The smooth implementation of the first pile foundation has accumulated experience for subsequent engineering pile construction and laid a solid foundation for high-quality project delivery.

The current phase of the Shenyang Green Methanol Project has a construction scale of 100,000 tons of green methanol per year. The project uses green hydrogen produced from wind and solar power generation and biomass syngas generated from local biomass gasification as raw materials, and produces green methanol products through processes such as methanol synthesis and rectification.
