On July 9, 2026, the press conference for the 18th China (Beijing) International Construction Machinery, Building Material Machinery and Mining Machinery Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as BICES 2027) was held in Beijing. At the conference, Wang Chuanming, Chairman of China Construction Machinery Complete Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Zhonggong Chengtao), delivered a keynote speech titled "Gathering Resources, Strengthening Synergy, and Promoting Practical Results to Support the High-Quality Development of BICES 2027."

　　Good morning, everyone!

　　I am Wang Chuanming, Chairman of China Construction Machinery Complete Equipment Co., Ltd.

　　Today, old and new friends have gathered together to jointly welcome the BICES 2027 press conference. First, as one of the organizers of BICES, I would like to extend a warm welcome to all of you present, and also express my sincere gratitude to colleagues from all sectors who have long supported the development of the exhibition!

　　Since Zhonggong Chengtao, together with the China Construction Machinery Association (hereinafter referred to as the Association), founded the first Beijing Construction Machinery Exhibition in 1989, seventeen editions have been held to date. Over more than thirty years, the exhibition has grown together with China's domestic construction machinery industry, witnessing the entire process of the industry's growth from small to large, with earth-shaking changes achieved in both market scale and development quality. The successful holding of each edition would not have been possible without the full support of exhibitors, end users, and the media. Under the leadership of the industry association, everyone has worked together with one heart, and BICES has become a high-quality, large-scale international exhibition event for the construction machinery industry.

　　Today's press conference marks our upcoming 18th Beijing Construction Machinery Exhibition, namely BICES 2027. As one of the organizers, Zhonggong Chengtao will fully leverage the advantages of its central state-owned enterprise platform and, focusing on the three major directions of gathering resources, strengthening synergy, and improving practical results, go all out to empower this edition of the exhibition and promote its high-quality development.

　　Looking back at BICES 2025, we joined hands with the industry vertical platform "Attachment Camp" to innovatively create the Zhonggong Attachment Camp, adopting a new model of "central state-owned enterprise resources + vertical services" to precisely empower the attachment supporting industry. In the past, attachment enterprises operated in a scattered manner and worked independently, with poor upstream and downstream connections, which had long been a pain point in the industry. By integrating full-chain resources and building channels for mutual exchange between supply and demand, we formed a new cooperation model of resource sharing and ecosystem co-construction.

　　Through on-site live dynamic demonstrations, working-condition adaptation displays, and precise supply-demand matching, among other formats, we comprehensively showcased the diversified, customized, and scenario-based application value of attachment products, enabling the entire industry to more intuitively see the important supporting role and application potential of supporting attachments in improving the efficiency of complete machines, adapting to working conditions, and expanding scenarios, and also making the Zhonggong Attachment Camp a standout feature section of BICES 2025.

　　This is also the core value of Zhonggong Chengtao as one of the organizers: gathering resources for the industry, building platforms for the sector, and connecting supply and demand for enterprises, continuously promoting the coordinated development of main machines and supporting components, and driving the industrial chain to upgrade toward greater efficiency, intensification, and innovation.

　　Building on the implementation experience of BICES 2025 and bauma SHANGHAI 2026, the 2027 Zhonggong Attachment Camp will be comprehensively upgraded. We will closely follow the industry trends of intelligentization and new energy, deeply explore the integrated application of attachments with electric equipment and intelligent equipment, and create a long-term, stable platform for collaborative innovation and resource-sharing matching, helping supporting enterprises expand markets and iterate products.

　　Zhonggong Chengtao is affiliated with Sinomach Group, and we have always shouldered the responsibilities of a central state-owned enterprise. Relying on the Group's industrial foundations in high-end manufacturing, technology research and development, global services, and international layout, and closely aligning with the overseas construction needs of the "Belt and Road," we promote the coordinated and collective going-global of domestically produced high-end equipment, advanced technologies, and complete solutions, continuously exporting domestically produced complete equipment and technical standards, and helping China's construction machinery industry enhance its global competitiveness. 　　In 2019, the Association's SME Work Service Committee was officially established, with its secretariat set up at Zhonggong Chengtao. Over the years, we have continued to build a platform for the integrated development of small and medium-sized enterprises. During BICES 2027, we will conduct in-depth engagement with small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, upgrade the dedicated exhibition area for specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative enterprises, and provide targeted matching services, building a high-quality platform for display, cooperation, and customer expansion for the many small and medium-sized enterprises.
