Tower cranes stand in clusters, outlining the contours of development, while the roar of machinery sounds the strong beat of construction. Recently, the construction site of the Shanxi Medical University Fenyang College campus project has been bustling with activity: concrete mixer trucks shuttle back and forth, and project department managers along with hundreds of workers are pushing the project forward with full enthusiasm and vigor, painting a picture of summer endeavor amid the symphony of steel and concrete.

 As a key construction project in Shanxi Province, this campus construction project carries multiple strategic roles: it is not only a "Double Hundred, Double Billion" project and a "Double Contracting" key project of Fenyang City, but also bears the important mission of upgrading regional education. The project plans to build three core individual buildings—the Clinical Nursing Building, No. 3 Teaching Building, and the Gymnasium—along with a cafeteria, while simultaneously implementing decoration works and supporting facilities such as water supply and drainage, HVAC, and electrical installation.

 At present, all works of the project are progressing smoothly. Structural construction of the north, middle, and south sections of the cafeteria project is advancing steadily, and the foundation hardening for the external scaffolding has been completed; for the Clinical Nursing Building and No. 3 Teaching Building project, the seismic isolation layer construction on the south side and the west, middle, and east sections of the north side, as well as formwork removal for walls and columns and concrete pouring, have all been completed; for the gymnasium project, the heating pipeline has been dismantled, pile foundation construction and testing have been successfully concluded, and excavation of soil between piles has been completed at 50%. Seizing the opportunity of Shanxi Province's major project construction year, Fenyang City is focusing its efforts on this project and has once again included it in the government work report.

The project is personally contracted by the mayor, and a joint city-college task force has been established to set up a coordination and linkage mechanism, studying and resolving issues one by one in accordance with laws and regulations, including land allocation, road property rights, line rerouting and relocation, talent introduction, and campus construction. At the same time, the Fenyang City Project Promotion Center is implementing the municipal party committee's "567" work system and "Eight Major Actions," persisting in tapping domestic demand potential, establishing a project specialist mechanism, and carrying out in depth the activity of "entering the construction site, going to the front line, and solving problems," making every effort to help accelerate and improve the quality of project construction. 

 The efficient advancement of this project demonstrates the strong synergy of university-local collaborative development and lays a solid foundation for the college to achieve the goal of independent operation and to raise the level of regional medical education. As the new campus is gradually completed, Shanxi Medical University Fenyang College will further strengthen its medical talent training system and inject new momentum into the development of regional medical and health undertakings. This project is not only an important milestone in the history of the college's development, but also a vivid practice of the coordinated progress of education undertakings at the provincial and municipal levels, heralding a bright prospect for integrated university-local development.
