At the meeting, Sunward and Nanjing Gaibaishi Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. ("Nanjing Gaibaishi") officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement, authorizing the latter as Sunward's authorized dealer for electric rotary drilling rigs in the Jiangsu region. According to reports, Nanjing Gaibaishi was an early adopter of Sunward's first extended-range electric rotary drilling rig, the SWDM240EE.
