The new kindergarten project on Plot 26-06 in Huaxin Town has smoothly commenced construction, meaning that the shortfall in preschool education resources in the area will be further addressed.

"Building a new kindergarten within the Fengxi 'urban village' redevelopment area is both a livelihood necessity and a planning imperative," Xiong Yuan, design manager of the Plot 26-06 project, told reporters. As the redevelopment steadily advances, the area will see a large influx of population in the future. The project consistently upholds the concept of a "people's city" and effectively enhances residents' sense of happiness and convenience by improving the "15-minute life circle."

According to reports, in order to optimize the layout of educational resources in the area and achieve balanced delivery of educational facilities, the overall redevelopment project plans two kindergartens, incorporating the design concept of a central green valley and adopting a "one south, one north" layout on both sides of Fengxi Pond. This deeply integrates natural ecology with campus space while precisely covering different residential clusters in the area.

The kindergarten on Plot 26-06, which is the first to start construction, has a prominent location advantage. It is adjacent to several residential plots including 29-06, 28-01, and 26-05, and can serve a large surrounding residential population. It is also close to the community center on Plot 26-07, enabling concentrated linkage between educational facilities and community service facilities, greatly facilitating nearby families in sending their children to school close to home.

The project's preliminary preparations have been solidly advanced, and it successfully obtained the construction permit in April this year, officially entering the construction phase. Xiong Yuan said: "The overall construction period is about 900 days. At present, pile foundation construction is underway at the site. According to the construction plan, the project is expected to complete the topping-out of the main structure by June 2027. Interior decoration and outdoor landscaping works will then be carried out in parallel to ensure delivery as early as possible, so that children can enjoy a safe, healthy, and happy preschool growth environment right at their doorstep."
