In April in eastern Gansu, the drums of battle urge the troops forward. At the construction site of the Hua'er No. 3 General Contracting Department of Gansu Road & Bridge, a subsidiary of Gansu Provincial Public Transport Construction Group, machines roar and vehicles shuttle back and forth. The project builders are racing against time to seize the golden construction period, pushing the "progress bar" to the maximum with a "full-power" state, and launching a strong sprint toward the established goals for the second quarter.

　　The second quarter is not only a "watershed" for project construction but also a "critical period" for securing the goals for the whole year. To firmly stabilize the production rhythm and consolidate the development foundation, the project department empowers project breakthroughs through Party building leadership, deepens the exemplary role of Party building responsibility zones and Party member pioneer posts, and tightens and compacts the responsibility of all staff for the offensive. It strictly implements the "daily guarantees weekly, weekly guarantees monthly" scheduling mechanism, precisely decomposes output value indicators and milestone tasks to each work zone, each team, and each post, clarifies responsible personnel, time nodes, and assessment standards item by item, and comprehensively builds a promotion pattern in which "everyone carries indicators, everything is watched by someone, and every item is implemented." At the same time, the project department adheres to the main line of "improving quality and increasing efficiency," strengthens advance planning of construction schedules, coordinated allocation of factor resources, and dynamic correction of on-site problems, and promotes the transformation of project management from "post-event remediation" to "pre-event pre-control," ensuring efficient coordination of all links. As of now, the project's subgrade excavation construction has been completed at 89.22%, subgrade filling at 87.98%, pile foundation construction at 92.93%, pier column construction at 89.11%, box girder prefabrication at 55.81%, and culvert construction at 70.83%. The bridge engineering has fully entered the stage of vigorous and rapid construction.

　　At present, the project department is focusing on the two major sections of subgrade and bridges for a full-scale offensive. In terms of subgrade, it focuses on strengthening refined control of roadbed construction, strictly controls the quality of subgrade filling, and simultaneously advances the construction of drainage and protection systems to ensure structural stability and smooth drainage. In terms of bridges, box girder prefabrication is the focus; the project department continues to optimize construction organization and introduces intelligent tensioning and grouting equipment to improve prefabrication efficiency and quality control through process innovation. During the process, the project department always runs the concept of "lean control" through all links and processes, strictly implements systems such as first-piece approval, continuously strengthens process supervision and data feedback, and truly achieves "reducing losses through management and improving efficiency through control." In addition, house demolition and relocation work is also accelerating breakthroughs. The project department actively coordinates all parties to clear construction bottlenecks, create continuous working faces for contiguous subgrade formation and bridge substructure construction, and make every effort to ensure the overall schedule is not affected.

　　Next, all participating personnel of the Hua'er No. 3 General Contracting Department will continue to keep a close eye on key milestones such as box girder prefabrication and bridge deck paving, strive to storm subgrade filling and bridge substructure construction, and make every effort to ensure the successful completion of the output value target by the end of the second quarter.
