On April 9, a key milestone node was reached for the Henan key new energy project — the Henan Power Construction Xinsongfeng Qixian 100 MW Wind Power Project (Fengda Project) — as the first wind turbine foundation concrete pouring was successfully completed. This marks the project's official entry into the substantive construction stage of the main works, laying a solid foundation for achieving the goal of grid-connected power generation by the end of the year.

The Fengda Project plans to install 16 wind turbine generator units with a single-unit capacity of 6.25 MW, for a total installed capacity of 100 MW, along with a supporting 15 MW/30 MWh energy storage system. It is an important project for Henan to accelerate its energy structure transformation and promote green, low-carbon development.

As the core carrier for the safe and stable operation of wind turbine generator units, the construction quality of the wind turbine foundation directly determines the long-term operational reliability of the units. This pouring operation was large in volume and time-consuming, and due to recent weather conditions, the on-site access roads were muddy and slippery, making construction organization relatively difficult. To ensure pouring quality and construction safety, the project team deployed in advance and planned meticulously, convening a dedicated technical briefing session and conducting full-process rehearsals around key links such as raw material inspection, concrete mix ratio optimization, pouring procedures, vibration processes, and curing plans, and refining various control measures.

During the pouring, the project leader stood on-site supervision throughout the entire process, while technical personnel monitored key indicators such as concrete slump and temperature in real time, strictly controlling construction procedures and quality. After 10 consecutive hours of effort, the concrete pouring for the first wind turbine foundation was successfully completed, with construction quality meeting design specification requirements.

Since full resumption of work on February 25, the Fengda Project has advanced with efficient overall coordination, with multiple work fronts progressing simultaneously, including the booster station civil works, pile foundation construction, and earthwork excavation. All participating units, with the striving posture of "sprinting from the start and fighting a decisive battle from the outset," have seized the golden spring construction period and advanced the implementation of various node tasks in an orderly manner.

Next, the Fengda Project team will consistently uphold the construction philosophy of "high standards, high quality," closely track schedule targets, strengthen safety control and quality supervision, and go all out to accelerate construction progress, ensuring the project achieves its grid-connected power generation target on schedule.
