On April 1, the TOD comprehensive development project at Qianfoshan Station of Jinan Rail Transit seized the golden construction period and went all out to advance the construction of the main structure. The construction site was bustling, with large machinery shuttling back and forth, workers orderly carrying out rebar tying, and concrete being poured for the base slab. This first underground TOD complex of Jinan Rail Transit has begun to take shape.

The project is located south of Jingshi Road and north of the Qianfoshan Scenic Area. It is reported that the project department adopted the open-cut foundation pit pile-anchor support process and implemented refined management. All engineering piles have now been completed. On-site technicians explained that through the split-formwork construction process, flow sections were divided to accelerate formwork turnover. The base slab in the area adjacent to Qianfoshan Station on Line 4 has been fully completed, which will provide a working surface for subsequent mechanical and electrical installation and decoration.

As a new space for three-dimensional urban life, the project plans to connect the underground first floor directly to the subway station hall, and above ground to link the Qianfoshan Scenic Area with surrounding commercial districts through an ecological corridor. It includes commercial development, an ecological landscape plaza, and supporting parking facilities. Once completed, it will achieve the goal of "strolling in a park upon exiting the station and shopping upon entering the street," becoming an important window connecting the city and nature.
