On March 31, the 156-meter dynamic positioning pile-driving vessel "Tiejian Bridge Pile No. 1" was successfully delivered in Nantong, Jiangsu. According to the introduction, the vessel was invested in and built by China Railway Construction Bridge Engineering Bureau Group. It has an overall length of 130.5 meters, a beam of 40.8 meters, a molded depth of 8.4 meters, a pile frame height of 156 meters, and a maximum operating water depth of 70 meters, and can drive pile foundations with a diameter of 7 meters and a pile weight of 700 tons. As a pile-driving vessel combining an advanced dynamic positioning system with three world-class performance indicators, the delivery of "Tiejian Bridge Pile No. 1" marks a new step forward in China's core equipment capability for implementing large-scale, ultra-deep, high-precision pile foundation construction in complex marine environments, and will provide first-class equipment support for the construction of large cross-sea bridges, wind power, ports, and wharves at home and abroad, as well as for deep-sea projects.
