The Shunde Waterway Project Department earnestly implemented the "six ones" requirements for resuming work and production, and held a general staff meeting on the first day of resumption to deploy post-holiday production work, break down key milestone tasks, and focus on key projects such as riprap revetment, vertical revetment, tower markers, and the on-water service area. It adopted a battle-map approach and closed-loop management to lay a solid foundation for striving for a strong start to the year.

The project department accurately grasped the hydrological rhythm of the Shunde Waterway, coordinated the golden construction window of the dry season, and scientifically optimized construction organization and resource allocation. In response to the favorable conditions of the current low water level, it concentrated resources on advancing processes such as riprap shore connection and waterside cap beams, reasonably arranged the construction plans for revetment row cast-in-place piles, the on-water service area pile foundations and approach bridges, and tower marker pile caps, and achieved staggered operations and efficient connection.

Among them, as the tallest inland river in-water tower marker in Guangdong Province, Tower Marker No. 1 is the focus of the resumption offensive. Facing difficulties such as complex structures, design changes, and extensive coordination, the project leadership team took the lead in establishing a Party member task force, went down to the front line to optimize construction plans and resolve technical bottlenecks, and cleared obstacles for full resumption of work and production.

Closely following the characteristics of inland riverbank construction, the project department focused on the environmental risks of mud overflow, strictly standardized operations of the mud circulation system, implemented full-process standardized protection for key parts such as mud pits and mud trenches, uniformly installed steel pipe guardrails, warning signs, and nighttime warning facilities, laid plastic film and colored striped cloth, strengthened closed-loop control of seepage prevention, overflow prevention, and leakage prevention, and built a solid safety and environmental protection defense line through standardized operations. It improved the safety and environmental protection responsibility system at all levels from the project to the work teams, refined responsibilities to every link and every person, and formed a management pattern of "everyone has responsibility, each level is responsible, and all work together." The construction site is equipped with water sprinkler trucks to continuously carry out watering and dust reduction and vehicle washing, strictly control dust pollution, and is equipped with noise and dust monitoring systems for all-weather monitoring. A weather warning response mechanism has been established to prevent construction risks in an all-round way, and multiple measures have been taken to implement the "twelve in place" requirements for safe production, ensuring that rigid measures are implemented in place.

Since resumption of work, the project department has carried out special training on post-holiday resumption of work and production, special training on safety for work at heights, and special training on criteria for identifying major accident hazards, totaling 187 person-times. It has conducted 15 safety inspections, identified and rectified 31 safety issues, with a rectification rate of 100%, ensuring safe and orderly progress of project construction and production through closed-loop management.

Focusing on the theme of "technical tackling and innovative breakthroughs," the Shunde Waterway Project Department has made comprehensive arrangements in key areas such as complex geological construction, ecological protection, and intelligent forecasting, using scientific research to overcome difficulties and innovation to empower quality and efficiency, injecting strong momentum into high-quality project construction.

In response to the construction pain points of jet grouting piles passing through soft strata such as muddy silty clay and miscellaneous fill in the Xiqiao section, a technical seminar was held on the first day of resumption to conduct in-depth research on the pile formation mechanism, optimize process parameters such as jet grouting pressure and lifting speed based on test pile data, promote the implementation of QC activity results on the construction front line, improve the qualification rate of one-time pile formation, and achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement through process optimization. The project department took preventive measures and launched special research and development of new methods and new materials for repairing broken cast-in-place piles. It conducted multiple rounds of discussion with company experts, focused on tackling potential risks in pile foundation construction, and built a solid technical guarantee for subsequent construction. At the same time, it deepened cooperation with multiple scientific research institutions such as the Geotechnical Engineering Research Institute and the River and Coastal Research Institute of the Nanjing Hydraulic Research Institute, jointly tackling core topics such as soft foundation treatment and hydrological characteristic simulation, overcoming technical difficulties through deep integration of industry, academia, research, and application, and striving to form original achievements. This not only safeguards project construction but also promotes cost reduction and efficiency improvement through technological innovation.

Next, the Shunde Waterway Project Department will continue to maintain high morale and an offensive posture, keep a close eye on goals, consolidate responsibilities, and vigorously implement them.
