On March 18, at the Lingxiushan E-commerce Ecological Industrial Park, basement earthwork excavation, pile foundation driving, and base slab pouring,Following the Ruixiang Zhixuan Food Company office complex project, which was the first to enter the site, four other plot projects have recently entered and started construction one after another, sounding the call for the park's "Project Consolidation Year" critical battle.

The Lingxiushan E-commerce Ecological Industrial Park is an important lever for Lingxiu Town to make good use of Quanzhou's pilot policy for revitalizing inefficient land, help strengthen and complete the industrial chain, and promote integrated industry-city development. Apart from one parcel where a state-owned enterprise will self-hold and build a comprehensive building and parking garage, the remaining 17 parcels have been listed and transferred externally and acquired respectively by enterprises such as Ruixiang Zhixuan Food Company, and will be built into modern e-commerce headquarters office buildings integrating functions such as product R&D, online operations, and brand display.

"Including the five projects that have started construction, among the 17 social investment projects, 14 have already obtained construction permits." a relevant person in charge of Lingxiu Town introduced. At the same time, the supporting roads in the park have also entered the site for excavation work.

It is worth mentioning that during the early project planning, Lingxiu Town took the lead and implemented the model of "attracting investment before land is offered, screening first and then landing" to ensure the park can be built and enterprises can settle in. "We will continue to provide full-process tracking services and create a sound business environment." a relevant person in charge of Lingxiu Town introduced that after the park is completed, it will work in coordination with the surrounding "Shishi E-commerce Valley" and "Beautiful Homeland" talent community to create a cluster area for online business headquarters.
