Recently, at the construction site of Phase II of the Foxconn Industrial Internet (Ganzhou) Intelligent Manufacturing Project, earthmoving vehicles shuttled busily as far as the eye could see, pile drivers swung their massive arms up and down, and welding arcs intertwined with the clang of metal, composing a spirited symphony of construction on a spring day.

Viewed from an aerial perspective, the project's road network has begun to take shape, with functional zones laid out in a scientific and rational manner. In the rebar processing area, workers are precisely tying bundles of rebar into cages; these rebar cages will then be hoisted into the holes to become the "skeleton" of the building foundation. In the earthworks area, excavators and dump trucks work in coordination to efficiently advance site leveling. In the pile foundation construction area, tower cranes are precisely lowering prefabricated rebar cages into the bored holes, preparing for subsequent concrete pouring. All processes are closely coordinated, and the site presents a busy yet orderly construction scene.
Yao Duojun, the on-site construction manager, introduced: "As of now, the road and pipeline network works for the Phase II project have been completed. Section I of the civil engineering works is progressing in an orderly manner, with over 50% of the pile foundation work completed, and all pile foundation construction is scheduled to be finished by the end of March."
It is understood that the Foxconn Industrial Internet (Ganzhou) Intelligent Manufacturing Project is the largest high-end intelligent manufacturing project in terms of investment scale that Ganzhou has introduced to date. The project was signed in January 2022 and is being built in two phases. Phase I broke ground in June 2022 and completed its main structure topping-out in just 122 days. Since going into production in February 2023, it has maintained strong momentum, with output value rising rapidly. Phase II has a planned gross floor area of approximately 520,000 square meters and is scheduled to be put into use in 2027. Once fully operational, the project is expected to add an annual output value of 30 billion yuan, further consolidating Foxconn Industrial Internet's leading edge in high-end intelligent manufacturing and helping the city cultivate and strengthen its advanced manufacturing clusters.
