At the start of the new spring, the S48 Hefei-Yeji Expressway project section from the Dezhou-Shangrao Expressway to the Jinan-Guangzhou Expressway has quickly refocused and rallied its efforts, fully sounding the "assembly call" for full-scale work and full production. With the enterprising posture of "sprinting from the start and treating the beginning as the decisive battle," the project is going all out to ensure a good start and solid first steps in the Year of the Horse.

Planning and Layout to Ensure Efficient Project Advancement

To ensure efficient and orderly full-scale work and production, the project adhered to early planning and early deployment. Before the holiday, it formulated and improved plans and the annual construction schedule, refined target tasks, and tightened work responsibilities. After the holiday, personnel were quickly organized to return to their posts through point-to-point transportation and priority guarantees for key-position personnel, rapidly assembling the construction workforce. At present, all construction points along the project have orderly resumed production, with 101 management personnel and 171 construction workers on duty, and 109 pieces of various types of machinery and equipment on site. The Huashuiyan River Bridge has completed 3 pile foundations, the X207 section has completed 9 pile foundations, and the first pile foundation at Sigutan has been successfully completed, steadily accelerating project construction.

The project carried out safety briefings and pre-job training and education for returning and newly arrived personnel, combining "self-inspection" with "verification," and strictly implemented the safety management requirements for full-scale work and production. At the same time, it organized major safety inspections of the project department and construction sites, focusing on key links such as temporary electricity use, machinery and equipment, and firefighting facilities, rectifying and eliminating hidden dangers item by item, and building a firm safety defense line through strict control.

Strict Control to Ensure Steady and Long-Term Project Progress

The project adhered to advance planning and coordinated progress, accelerating preliminary work such as land acquisition, housing demolition and relocation, and power line relocation, while closely following time nodes and vigorously implementing tasks. It strictly controlled the quality of incoming materials, strengthened testing, acceptance, and process control to ensure project construction quality. It continued to tighten discipline and work style, built a firm line of integrity, and ensured the smooth and efficient advancement of the project with strict standards, a solid work style, and high efficiency.
