At the Phase I project of Plot A-1, Block 31, Cuizhai Area, Jinan Start-up Zone, an atmosphere of bustling activity hits you the moment you arrive. More than 200 builders are working with great energy; towering tower cranes swing their long jibs, precisely completing lifting and hoisting operations; the steel rebar processing shed is a hive of activity, where the sounds of cutting and hammering interweave into a symphony of endeavor;

     In a foundation pit about 10 meters deep, workers are skillfully tying rebar, laying a solid foundation for subsequent concrete pouring.

     Since full resumption of work on the tenth day of the first lunar month, the project's work resumption rate has reached 100%, and all builders are channeling their full combat power into seizing the golden spring construction season.

     The Phase I project of Plot A-1, Block 31, Cuizhai Area, constructed and developed by Xiantou Group, has a total floor area of 125,000 square meters. The project takes shape as a grand hotel cluster—at its core are the "twin star" towers comprising The Westin and Element hotels, complemented by an approximately 33,000-square-meter underground back-of-house support area, together forming a fully functional high-end hotel complex.

      Once the entire project is completed, it will provide a total of about 900 hotel rooms of various types, meeting the diverse needs of consumers at different levels. The project is not only large in scale and high in standards, but also distinctive in its design concept. The architectural form draws inspiration from Jinan's Wanzhu Garden, reinterpreting the uprightness, resilience, and naturally ascending beauty of bamboo through the language of modern architecture, giving a modern building of reinforced concrete a distinctive character that is elegant, dynamic, and rich in regional flavor. This design is both a tribute to traditional culture and a clever, profound echo between modern architecture and Jinan's historical heritage.

      As a key high-end commercial supporting project developed in the Jinan Start-up Zone, once completed it will fill the gap in high-end hotels on the north bank of the Yellow River, and its significance goes far beyond that. The project is adjacent to the Yellow River International Convention and Exhibition Center and the Yellow River Sports Center, with the three projects echoing one another from afar and complementing each other functionally. Once the project is completed and put into use, it will provide nearly a thousand high-quality guest rooms for exhibitors, spectators, and business professionals, greatly expanding the reception capacity and service radius of the two major centers. By then, whether international visitors attending exhibitions or enthusiastic spectators watching top-level events will all be able to enjoy a comfortable and convenient stay here, forming a development pattern of "convention and exhibition + sports + business" synergy.
