As a landmark project for the experimental zone's push to deeply integrate "sports + tourism," the Pingtan International Racetrack project has fully resumed construction and is now going all out to meet the completion acceptance milestone in June next year.

At the site, multiple large pieces of machinery are roaring, transport vehicles shuttle back and forth, and construction workers are carrying out pile foundation work in a tense and orderly manner, presenting a bustling scene as far as the eye can see.

According to the construction plan, pile foundation work for Zone 2 and the main maintenance area will be completed in March, construction of the building main structures will begin in April, and pile foundation and building main structure construction for the entire area will be completed by the end of the year. Major construction work is expected to be completed by June next year, entering the completion acceptance stage.

The Pingtan International Racetrack is Phase I of the Pingtan Automotive Sports and Cultural Innovation Industrial Park, planned for construction of an FIA Grade 2 circuit, an intelligent safe driving experience center, and related supporting facilities.

The project contractor stated that it will continue to organize construction scientifically and optimize plans, and, on the premise of ensuring project quality and construction safety, go all out to accelerate project construction and add a new engine to the development of Pingtan International Tourism Island.
