Recently, the pile foundation works for Phase I (Section I) of the alcohol-based high-end chemicals project of Anhui Tanxin Technology Co., Ltd., for which Donghua Engineering Science and Technology Co., Ltd. under China National Chemical Engineering serves as general contractor, have smoothly commenced, marking the project's official transition into the substantive on-site construction stage.

Phase I of the project involves a total investment of 1.179 billion yuan and is located in the core area of Linhuan District. It mainly includes the construction of a 140,000 t/a formaldehyde plant, a 60,000 t/a acetaldehyde plant, and a 30,000 t/a pyridine base plant, along with supporting storage and transportation facilities and auxiliary utilities. Leveraging Tanxin Technology's existing methanol and ethanol industry chain advantages, the project adopts advanced process technologies to drive the extension of basic chemical raw materials toward high-value-added fine chemicals. Among these, pyridine bases are widely used in pharmaceuticals, pesticides, and other fields, with broad market prospects.

As the EPC general contractor, Donghua fully leverages its engineering and technical strengths in the coal chemical and fine chemical fields to efficiently coordinate the preliminary work. As the foundation of project construction, the pile foundation works are directly related to the construction progress and engineering quality of the subsequent main process units.

Next, the project team will join hands with the participating units to organize meticulously and carry out scientific construction, strictly controlling project quality, safety, and environmental protection, ensuring a solid foundation is laid and creating favorable conditions for building a premium project.
