On February 25, at the construction site of the ZTE Southwest Innovation Center project in the Sichuan Tianfu New Area High-tech Industrial Park, all construction personnel were working at full speed with the drive of "starting work as the new year begins," pushing the project forward and injecting new momentum into the development of Chengdu's sci-tech innovation industry.

At the construction site of the ZTE Southwest Innovation Center project, workers carried out their respective duties in an orderly manner—tying rebar, commissioning machinery, and pouring concrete—with every procedure advancing in a tense and orderly fashion.

At present, the project is making every effort to advance the construction of the tower and podium buildings. All builders are seizing the golden spring construction period, working overtime to accelerate progress and ensure quality. All construction phases of the project are proceeding in an orderly and connected manner, with topping-out expected in June this year and full completion and operation in 2027.

The project involves a total investment of 10 billion yuan, with a construction land area of 46.17 mu and a total floor area of approximately 100,000 square meters, including about 62,000 square meters above ground and about 30,000 square meters underground, with a maximum building height of 56.4 meters. The project was jointly designed by the Third Design Institute of SADI and AECOM of the United States, and is located by Xinglong Lake in Tianfu New Area. The construction technology mainly adopts a frame-core tube structure, and the pile foundations use the mechanical rotary drilling method to ensure the stability and reliability of project quality.

To smoothly advance the project's construction, the project contractor actively communicated and coordinated with the participating units and local government, organized multiple special seminars to optimize the construction plan, refined the schedule milestones, promptly coordinated and resolved various difficulties during construction, and took multiple measures to lay a solid foundation for the smooth progress of the project.
