Recently, good news has come from the concentrating collector equipment manufacturing project of Changzhou Longteng Solar Thermal Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Longteng Solar Thermal"), a CSPPLAZA platform member unit located in Jialing District. The project is expected to be completed and put into operation by the end of June this year.

At present, the project is making every effort to advance pile foundation construction, and overall construction progress has reached 15%. About 40 construction workers are deployed on site each day, along with 4 excavators, 2 pile drivers, and 2 truck cranes. To fully guarantee construction efficiency, there are also plans to add 1-2 pile drivers and 20 construction workers in the near future, implementing a two-shift operation and working overtime to sprint at full speed toward the first-quarter construction target.

It is understood that the first phase of the Longteng Solar Thermal project covers 67 mu and mainly builds a third-generation concentrating collector production line, including production lines for parabolic trough mirrors and collector supports. It is a key project for completing the production capacity of core solar thermal equipment and cultivating new quality productive forces.

The project is expected to be completed and put into operation simultaneously by the end of June this year. After reaching full production, it will achieve an annual production capacity of 900,000 square meters of large-size parabolic mirrors, 2 million square meters of flat mirrors, and 100,000 tons of concentrating supports. It will leverage its leading role to drive industrial chain clustering and consolidate the foundation of a western solar thermal manufacturing base.

From blueprint to reality, from groundbreaking to acceleration, the Longteng Solar Thermal project writes the speed of construction with solid action. After the project is fully put into production, it will fill the gap in regional core solar thermal equipment manufacturing, activate new momentum for green development with advanced solar thermal technology, and inject strong "solar thermal power" into the high-quality industrial development of Jialing District.
