On February 5, the foundation pouring for the first wind turbine of the 150 MW wind power expansion project in Zhongying, Yiliang, Yunnan was completed.

The project is located in Yiliang County, Kunming City, Yunnan Province, with a total installed capacity of 150 MW. The wind turbine foundation poured this time is a mass concrete construction, with a bottom diameter of 23.8 meters, a top diameter of 7.6 meters, and a height of 4.85 meters. The cumulative concrete pouring volume was approximately 969.57 cubic meters.

As a large-scale mountain wind power project, the site roads are winding and steep, making transportation difficult. To ensure the smooth progress of the pouring operation, the project team assessed the terrain characteristics in advance and took multiple measures to strengthen on-site organization: coordinating with road authorities to repair turning and steep slope sections, and arranging excavators and loaders to stand by at key points to respond to emergencies such as mixer trucks having difficulty climbing slopes; proactively communicating and reporting the pouring plan to road administration, traffic police, and the township government, and assigning dedicated personnel to direct traffic on narrow road sections to ensure unobstructed concrete transportation; organizing all personnel for safety technical briefings and special training, with emphasis on clarifying operating standards, risk points, and emergency procedures.

During the operation, the safety production responsibility system was strictly implemented, warning areas were set up, and safety officers were arranged to supervise on site throughout the process, ensuring that construction safety and project quality were controlled at all times.
