Recently, the No. 1 foundation pit of Section 1 of the Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base Area Municipal Transportation Infrastructure Project (referred to as "Shenzhen Super Headquarters Municipal Project Section 1"), undertaken by China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Group (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., has been fully topped out, the No. 2 foundation pit has been fully sealed at the bottom, and the first roof slab of the No. 5 foundation pit has been successfully topped out, marking that the project has officially entered the main structure construction stage and laying a solid foundation for the efficient advancement of subsequent works.

As the core municipal support project for the construction of the Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base, the project is located in the core area on the north side of Binhai Avenue in Nanshan District, with complex construction conditions and stringent technical requirements. The average excavation depth of the foundation pits reaches 26 meters, covering an area of approximately 13,000 square meters, with a planned three-level underground structure encompassing important municipal facilities such as underground ring roads and utility tunnels. During construction, the project team relied on BIM technology to optimize the construction plan and innovatively adopted multiple intelligent construction technologies, successfully overcoming construction challenges such as limited site space and a sensitive surrounding environment, ensuring the safe and high-quality advancement of the project.

Upon completion, the project will effectively improve the "integrated ground-air" municipal transportation network in the Shenzhen Super Headquarters area, optimize the utilization efficiency of underground space, and significantly enhance the traffic distribution capacity and comprehensive service level of the area. The project will benefit enterprises settled in the area, office workers, and surrounding residents, provide solid municipal support for building the Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base into a world-class headquarters cluster, further enhance the functional quality and development level of Shenzhen's core urban area, and help Shenzhen build itself into a pilot demonstration zone of socialism with Chinese characteristics.

This foundation pit topping out is a key milestone in the advancement of Shenzhen Super Headquarters Municipal Project Section 1, and also a vivid practice of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Group (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. in implementing the concept of "intelligent construction and green construction."
