On the afternoon of February 8, at the construction site of the Luoyang Luohe River Grand Bridge on the Jiaozuo-Jiyuan-Luoyang-Pingdingshan high-speed railway, the last batch of concrete was poured into the formwork, completing the pouring of the first No. 0 block of a continuous girder on the entire line. This marks the project's bridge construction officially transitioning from the substructure to a new stage of superstructure girder construction.

The No. 0 block poured in this operation is located on Pier No. 182 of the Luohe River Grand Bridge and serves as the starting point of the elevated continuous girder corridor spanning the north bank levee. As the "root" and core foundation for the continuous girder's incremental construction, the success of the No. 0 block directly affects the quality and precision of subsequent segmental construction.

To ensure the smooth completion of the first No. 0 block pouring, the construction unit, Henan Intercity Railway Company, took the lead in organizing all participating units to work in coordination. The China Railway Design Corporation (CRDC) general contracting headquarters for the Jiaozuo-Jiyuan-Luoyang-Pingdingshan project deployed in advance and exercised refined management, strictly reviewing the construction plan, clarifying technical standards, and continuously optimizing on-site process arrangements, creating a good start for girder construction across the entire line.

As a major and difficult control project of the Jiaozuo-Jiyuan-Luoyang-Pingdingshan high-speed railway, the 23.047-kilometer Luohe River Grand Bridge must cross the Zhengzhou-Xi'an passenger dedicated line, the Jiaozuo-Liuzhou railway, the Erguang expressway, and important transportation arteries and water bodies such as the Luohe River and Yihe River multiple times, involving complex technology, high safety risks, and great coordination difficulty. The bridge needs to cross more than 20 key nodes. We innovatively integrated intelligent construction solutions, adopted special structures such as swivel girders and tied arches to cope with complex terrain, and relied on BIM technology for precise control of pile foundation construction in pebble strata.
