Located near Huangjiang Village in Geputan Town and spanning Yingcheng and Yunmeng, the Fuhe Grand Bridge is a key control project of the QXXYTJ-4 section of the western extension of the Qiaoxiao Expressway. The project plans to build 8 main-line bridges and 2 interchange junctions. Once completed, it will comprehensively reshape the regional transportation pattern and inject strong transportation momentum into local development.

As a major and difficult project along the entire line, the Fuhe Grand Bridge has a total length of 2,389.04 meters. Its navigable main bridge crosses the Fuhe River, a Class V waterway. The superstructure of the main bridge adopts a (85+157+58) m prestressed concrete variable-depth continuous girder structure, and the 157-meter long-span continuous girder design demonstrates the strong engineering strength of the project. Among these, the 36 pile foundations of the bridge's main piers No. 32 and No. 33 have become key construction difficulties. Each pile in this batch has a diameter of 2.5 meters and a length of 90 meters, making them typical large-size ultra-long pile foundations. Each pile requires approximately 441.8 cubic meters of C30 underwater concrete and a reinforcement cage weighing 35.95 tons. The construction team accurately adopted the reverse circulation bored cast-in-place pile construction technology to overcome construction difficulties and steadily advance the pile foundation construction process.

At present, the builders are seizing the golden construction period, staying at the front line in the cold wind, and using professional technology and practical responsibility to promote higher quality and faster project construction.
