Currently, Xinluo District of Longyan City is vigorously advancing key project construction with a "sprint at the start of the year" attitude, making every effort to optimize the business environment and promote the rapid landing, rapid construction, and rapid results of investment projects. Recently, at the construction site of the Haidexin Comprehensive Smart Emergency Equipment Expansion Project, a key project in Xinluo District, large machinery such as pile drivers and rotary drilling rigs are operating in an orderly manner, engineering vehicles are shuttling back and forth, and workers are methodically driving piles... With the orderly progress of pile foundation work, the main construction of the project has officially begun.

The project is located in Plot D of the Energy Internet Industrial Park. It is one of the top ten key projects in Xinluo District this year, a key project for extending, supplementing, and strengthening the emergency rescue equipment industry chain in Xinluo District, and one of the "ballast stone" projects specially cultivated by the Energy Internet Industrial Park.

The project has a total investment of 330 million yuan and covers an area of 110 mu. After completion, it will form an annual production capacity of 1,000 sets of high-end power and emergency equipment vehicles. After full production, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of approximately 1.1 billion yuan, contribute more than 60 million yuan in annual tax revenue, and provide about 200 high-quality jobs to society. Since the project was officially launched in May 2025, it has quickly completed the overall planning, filing, land delivery, and coordination of various filing procedures for 80 mu of construction land.

At present, more than 60 workers are working at full capacity on site. The pile foundation of the comprehensive building has been fully completed, and about 30% of the pile foundation for the factory building has also been completed. The main structure of the park's fire water tank has basically been completed. After the Spring Festival, the focus of work will shift to the main structure of the office building and the steel structure construction of the factory building.
