On January 30, the 3,466th prestressed concrete pipe pile was completed for the Xiong'an Comprehensive Bonded Zone International Logistics Distribution Center project, marking the successful completion of the pile foundation work and a strong start for the project's construction.

This project is the first large-scale industrial infrastructure project independently invested in by the Xiong'an Comprehensive Bonded Zone Company, with a total construction area of more than 100,000 square meters. The participating units—including the agent construction unit Xiong'an Group Public Service Company and the construction unit China Twenty-Two Metallurgical Construction—worked together with concerted effort and coordinated attack on key challenges. More than 30 pieces of construction machinery and equipment were deployed on site, including 12 core pile foundation machines (sets), and more than 1,000 material transport vehicles entered and exited the site. The participating team overcame difficulties and, over 25 days, successfully broke through the complex stratum construction challenges, completing the pile foundation work 16 days ahead of the original schedule. This laid a solid foundation for the subsequent main structure construction and fully demonstrated the technical strength, management level, and contract performance capabilities of all participating units.

Next, the project team will build on this momentum to advance the construction of the foundation pile caps, ground beams, and main structure, strictly controlling safety, quality, and schedule to ensure the project is completed on time by the end of August. Once completed, the project will integrate into the export-oriented economic industrial layout of Xiong'an New Area, gather upstream and downstream supporting enterprises to form an industrial cluster, leverage multiple policy advantages to open up air-port and seaport linkage channels, and facilitate an efficient and intelligent logistics system, helping Xiong'an New Area build an inland port with two-way opening to both air and sea.
