On January 22, with the completion of the last bored pile pouring, the cast-in-place pile construction task for the entire Ningyan Expressway Nanjing Section 2 project was successfully concluded, providing solid support for the subsequent superstructure construction and the full-line breakthrough.

Pile foundation construction was constrained by a complex environment. The relocation of oil pipelines and strong/weak current utility lines, along with land ownership coordination, involved numerous and scattered conflict points. Some pile foundation locations could not be accessed on schedule, and the tight schedule created enormous pressure on project progress. To break the construction deadlock, the project's temporary Party branch played its role as a fighting fortress, resolving various difficulties through "proactive engagement, empathy, and targeted measures." In land coordination work, the Party member vanguard team went to the front line to visit households one by one, explaining the significance of the project, safety measures, and land acquisition compensation policies, listening to the public's demands, and winning their understanding and support with sincerity. Regarding the difficulties of utility line relocation, the youth commando team coordinated with multiple units for on-site surveys and worked in tandem with the Party member vanguard team, scientifically optimizing the construction sequence to minimize the impact on pile foundation construction and efficiently and orderly advancing the implementation of various construction tasks.

Currently, 86% of the engineering volume for the Ningyan Expressway Nanjing Section 2 project has been completed. The successful completion of the pile foundation pouring task for the entire line has pressed the "accelerator" for subsequent construction. The project department will quickly transition to pier column and pile cap construction, striving to achieve the annual construction goals with strong Party building actions, tackling key problems with new strategies, scientifically optimizing resource allocation, and intensively improving quality and efficiency.
