Recently, good news came from the Dajian Road Reconstruction Project in Shuangliu District, Chengdu, undertaken by China Railway 19th Bureau Group: the main works of the Huanghe Road Underpass Tunnel, a key controlling node of the project, have been fully completed.

The project is located in Shuangliu District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province, connecting downtown Chengdu, Shuangliu and Xinjin. Along Dajian Road, it links important transport nodes and densely populated areas such as Chengdu Tanghu Foreign Language School and Shuangliu International Airport, making it a veritable "golden artery" in the region.

The project is built to Class I highway standards, with a design speed of 80 km/h on the main line and six lanes in both directions. According to Wang Haifeng, project manager of China Railway 19th Bureau Group, for the area adjacent to the rail transit line, the project implements high-frequency settlement monitoring to grasp structural deformation data in real time and ensure structural safety; it also promotes a refined micro-disturbance operation mode, strictly controlling the pace of foundation pit excavation and support construction to ensure precise and controllable process sequencing.
