On December 28, one of the second batch of four relocated central state-owned enterprise headquarters projects in Xiong'an—the headquarters project of China Chengtong Holdings Group Co., Ltd.—began construction in the startup area of Xiong'an New Area.

    The project has a planned total land area of approximately 13,283 square meters, with 17 floors above ground and 2 floors underground, and a building height of 87.8 meters. The project adopts a "podium building + tower" design, echoing surrounding buildings at different heights. The building features a square and symmetrical layout, and also echoes other buildings in the startup area in terms of color and scale.

      From December 25 to 28, China Agricultural Development Group Co., Ltd., China Huadian Group Co., Ltd., and China Chengtong Holdings Group Co., Ltd. successively held commencement ceremonies for their headquarters projects in Xiong'an New Area.

      At the construction site of the Xiong'an headquarters project of Datang Group Co., Ltd., part of the second batch of relocated central state-owned enterprises that officially began construction in July this year, work is in full swing. The project consists of three plots from west to east, with a total east-west length of approximately 437 meters and a north-south length of approximately 155 meters, covering a total land area of 66,204.8 square meters. The construction site is currently in the final stages of earthwork, retaining, and dewatering works, including earth excavation, disposal of surplus soil, foundation pit support, and groundwater control, with an excavation depth of approximately 10 meters (leaving 2 meters of protective soil). As of December 27, most of the earthwork, retaining, and dewatering works have been completed, and site leveling and other preparatory work are currently underway ahead of the completion acceptance of the earthwork, retaining, and dewatering works.
