Recently, the Jiangbei Water Quality Purification Plant, a sub-project of the Nan'an Urban Sewage Treatment Quality and Efficiency Improvement Project, has made new progress. The construction of support piles and engineering piles for the core structure, the comprehensive treatment workshop, has been fully completed, and the project has moved into the pile foundation testing and main structure construction stage.

   At present, the 1,187 piles of the comprehensive treatment workshop have been installed and have entered the testing stage. The node target of completing the pouring of the comprehensive water tank base slab is expected to be achieved before the Spring Festival. This has laid a solid and reliable safety and technical foundation for the subsequent excavation of foundation pits several meters deep and the construction of the massive main structure of the comprehensive water tank, and is a crucial step in the project's advancement.

　　The Nan'an Urban Sewage Treatment Quality and Efficiency Improvement Project includes the Phase I project of the Jiangbei Water Quality Purification Plant and the Phase III project of the urban sewage treatment quality and efficiency improvement pipe network renovation. The sub-project Jiangbei Water Quality Purification Plant is located in Ximei Community, Meilin Subdistrict, with a total design capacity of 50,000 tons/day, implemented in two phases, with a Phase I design capacity of 25,000 tons/day.

  After the project is completed and put into operation, it will significantly enhance Nan'an's sewage treatment capacity and discharge standards, further improve the regional water environment quality, and promote sustainable urban development.
