湘潭市城管执法局桥梁维护管理处接到市民反映莲城大桥桥墩位置存在安全隐患后，第一时间组织技术人员对芙蓉大桥进行现场查勘，发现24、钢筋外露及锈蚀等问题，严重影响桥梁长期耐久性，对桥梁运行安全构成潜在风险。
对此，湘潭市城管执法局桥管处高度重视，迅速启动应急响应机制，组织技术力量科学制定专项抢修方案。施工中严格遵循工艺要求，采用凿除疏松混凝土、钢筋除锈、安装玻纤套筒、水下浇筑氢脂环氧灌浆料等先进工艺，对受损桩基进行系统性修复。工程已于12月12日顺利完成，及时消除安全隐患，有效恢复结构完整性，为桥梁长期安全运行提供坚实保障。
