The last pile foundation of the Fuzushan Bridge at the Tianma Hub of the Changshan River Project, constructed by China Railway 15th Bureau Group, has been poured, marking the completion of all pile foundations for the bridge.

The newly built Fuzushan Bridge has a total length of 376.8 meters, 11 spans, a height of 19 meters and a width of 27.5 meters. It features 46 pile foundations with diameters of 1.5 and 1.8 meters and a maximum length of 21 meters, and 44 piers and abutments with a diameter of 1.7 meters. Among the 11 spans, the 9th and 10th spans serve as navigation channels, with a T-beam layout for the superstructure.

The bridge is located on the side of the diversion wall and flood discharge sluice of the Tianma Hub, running parallel to the sluice at a distance of 30 meters. The roadway on the bridge deck is 16 meters wide, with a 2.75-meter-wide sidewalk and a 3-meter-wide non-motorized lane added on each side. The new bridge was built on the original site of the old bridge, which was demolished on October 26, 2024. Compared with the old bridge, the upgraded and expanded new bridge offers advantages such as greater length, height and width, a larger main span, and stronger load-bearing and flood-resistance capacity, meeting the navigation and highway traffic needs of 1,000-tonne vessels.
