Recently, the new teaching comprehensive building project of Yucai No. 2 Primary School in Dali Economic Development Zone obtained a construction permit, marking that the project has entered the substantive construction stage. With a total investment of about 18 million yuan, the project, as an important livelihood project, carries the expectations of many families and students, and the completion of the construction permit has laid a solid legal and procedural foundation for its subsequent construction.

     At present, the project site has completed the erection of the construction gate, the connection of temporary water and electricity, and the transplanting of saplings within the site. The production of precast concrete pile cores and foundation pit excavation are currently being carried out in an orderly manner. During construction, the construction unit strictly implements environmental protection and safety production requirements, adopts effective measures to control dust and ensure a clean surrounding environment; at the same time, it strengthens on-site safety management, standardizes the setting of warning signs, and assigns full-time safety officers to effectively ensure the safety of construction personnel.

     According to the plan, the project will complete the preparation of the foundation pit support scheme before December 15 and, on this basis, proceed with foundation pit support and earthwork excavation. The overall project strives to complete the tasks of foundation pit excavation, support, and pile foundation construction before the Spring Festival in 2026.
