At the just-concluded 2025 SDLG Global Dealer Summit, partners from around the world gathered to discuss cooperation, demonstrating SDLG's strong cohesion and development vitality in the global market. To further promote cultural integration and strategic synergy between overseas teams and headquarters, SDLG recently launched its inaugural "SDLG Culture Tour" following the Global Dealer Summit, inviting a group of overseas employees to Linyi for an in-depth experience themed around "company care + cultural immersion + technical exchange."

As a follow-up to the summit, this event focused on cultural transmission and emotional connection. Through systematic courses and immersive visits, overseas employees gained a comprehensive understanding of SDLG's development history, corporate culture, and product strength. They walked into the intelligent production workshops and witnessed firsthand SDLG's solid accumulation in high-end manufacturing and technological innovation; they visited the SDLG Museum to gain an in-depth understanding of the company's journey from its founding to its leaps forward. SDLG also prepared practical Chinese learning materials and a relaxed, warm tea gathering to promote candid exchanges between Chinese and overseas employees. In addition, specialized skills training was conducted to help overseas employees enhance their service support capabilities.

Throughout their full participation, the overseas employees showed strong interest in learning and a proactive attitude toward interaction. They took careful notes, asked questions proactively, and operated equipment hands-on, which not only deepened their understanding of the products but also helped them gradually integrate into China's work rhythm and living atmosphere through daily exchanges. Their admiration for SDLG's scale and craftsmanship could be heard from time to time, and their sincere emotions revealed their recognition of and trust in this Chinese enterprise.
