11月29日，由昆明地铁集团、中铁隧道局、中铁装备联合研发制造的大直径泥水土压双模盾构机“滇越号”，在昆明长水综合交通枢纽交通配套工程土建施工项目顺利始发。
交通配套工程线路总长4.3公里，其中地下区间长约2880米，盾构区间长度2569米。采用外径11.6米的土压、泥水双模盾构机进行施工，这是目前云南省最大直径双模盾构机。
“滇越号”盾构机始发后，将沿机场飞行区C、D滑行道之间向南推进，先后下穿机场东北通道、货运通道及A管廊，上跨渝昆高铁，下穿机场输油管线、停机坪及机场挡墙，最后在T1端机场VIP停车区接收。
作为长水机场改扩建的重要配套项目，交通配套工程连接了T1、T2航站楼，是T2航站楼今后至主城区的公共交通大动脉，项目对构建长水机场现代化综合交通枢纽具有十分重大的意义。
