On November 27, the 2025 World Intelligent Manufacturing Conference grandly opened in Nanjing. Zoomlion was selected for the first national batch of Lighthouse-level Smart Factory cultivation list with its excavator shared manufacturing smart factory, making it the only enterprise in Hunan Province to be included. On the morning of the 28th, Zoomlion's booth welcomed a live-streamed visit by CCTV.com reporters, who reported on the hard-core strength of the Lighthouse-level smart factory on site.

"Our integrated shared high-end excavator smart factory is supported by an AI industrial internet platform. In the past, different models of excavators often required separate factories for production. Now, through the industrial internet platform, hundreds of robots across the entire factory can be scheduled to efficiently produce more than 70 models of excavators in mixed-flow production, and can also share and collaborate with parks for concrete machinery, lifting machinery, aerial work machinery and others, realizing cross-category shared and collaborative manufacturing of construction machinery," said Zeng Guang, General Manager of Zoomlion's Zhongke Yungu.

Zoomlion has overcome the world-class challenge of mixed-flow production of heavy equipment featuring "multiple varieties and small batches" in the industry, building the world's unique collaborative shared smart factory cluster for construction machinery and creating a new paradigm of intelligent manufacturing for the sector. After learning about it through video and model displays, visitors at the site voiced their recognition one after another.

Application in Practice, Humanoid Robots Attract Widespread Attention

At this event, Zoomlion brought a number of humanoid robots and gave on-site simulated demonstrations of their applications in complex real-world scenarios. Based on the perception-decision-execution closed loop of embodied intelligence, Zoomlion's humanoid robots can autonomously respond to dynamically changing environments and emergencies. Embodied intelligent humanoid robots integrated with WES and RobotOps work collaboratively with autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) to achieve highly flexible, highly efficient and highly utilized unmanned warehousing. After receiving an "order" from visitors, the wheeled humanoid robot can perform millimeter-level precise grasping and unordered sorting, accurately delivering building blocks to designated points; the bipedal humanoid robot, through a set of complex and highly difficult dance movements, demonstrates its outstanding capabilities in dynamic balance, full-body coordination and fine control, combining a sense of power and beauty. Visitors praised the experience after watching it.

In recent years, Zoomlion has focused on embodied intelligence to create a future growth curve.
